Sets up a Raspberry Pi running Node-RED and Mosquito MQTT with the selected Node-RED Flows and security settings.
Sets up the following:
- Node-HIU identities and data privileges
- Node-RED admin password, flows, and node credentials
- MQTT networks, ports, identities and passwords
- Wifi identity and password
- Optional read-only SD card file system
