Plantroom Commissioning: We thoroughly assess and verify all plantroom equipment, ensuring each system functions at peak efficiency and meets all necessary standards. Here too, we take a holistic approach and we will inform you if the plant room is fit for purpose.
Acceptance Testing: Before handing over to the management company, we carry out comprehensive acceptance testing to confirm that the entire heat network meets performance expectations, ensuring energy efficiency and user satisfaction.
We follow a clear, structured methodology to ensure every element is carefully checked. Additionally, we are preparing our checks to meet CIBSE CP1 guidance and HNTAS regulations, ensuring compliance with the latest industry requirements.
