The paperwork writes itself
The Engineer QA App walks commissioning and acceptance work through step by step on any phone, tablet or laptop: HIUs, CIUs, MVHR, plot checks and network equipment. Readings are checked against the commissioning criteria as they are typed, a failing step asks for a comment and a photo on the spot, and the certificates are generated from the captured data.
The Developer QA App makes the works visible while they happen: a traffic-light grid per plot, a job lifecycle you can hold people to, and a three-stage sign-off chain with an audit trail.

Heatweb has contributed technically to the main guidance on heat networks over the past 25 years, from the plumbing engineering design guides and codes of practice through to the Heat Network Technical Assurance Scheme and the British Standard on HIU installation.
Engineering heritage
Decades of innovation in the design, manufacture and operation of heat network equipment, from thermal stores to the most efficient HIU ever independently tested in the UK. We no longer manufacture, but we still service every unit we built.
