Heatweb Solutions, founded in 2023 by Richard Hanson-Graville and Jason Lawrence, continues a legacy of excellence after acquiring the Heatweb brand from Thermal Integration, a leading HIU manufacturer. With over 30 years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainable heating, we specialise in optimising HIUs, heat networks, plant rooms, and substations.

We focus on enhancing existing systems with innovative, turnkey solutions that bridge the gap between design and real-world performance. By leveraging Building Management Systems (BMS) data, we provide detailed insights that enable clients to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and make informed energy decisions.

Our expertise includes pioneering the first working CO2 heat pump integration in a heat network and leading City-wide Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES) studies, underscoring our commitment to reducing carbon emissions. We also actively contribute to industry standards like CP1 and HNTAS, ensuring quality across heat networks.

With access to a team of 25 skilled engineers, we offer comprehensive HIU service and maintenance, educating users and delivering detailed reports to ensure optimal system performance.
