Thermal stores are not pressurised – stored water is at atmospheric pressure with a vent to atmosphere. They are therefore not bound by the safety regulations that apply to pressurised unvented systems.

Our PANDORA was designed for performance and ease of installation by designing out the need to top up water storage, and removing the requirement for a safety discharge pipe and the complicated G3 regulations governing them.

The PANDORA has been used extensively within new build for provision of hot water using either electric elements, local boilers, or district heating.  This is down to the speed they can be reliably installed with minimal training.

Standard Electric

Providing over 100kW of mains pressure hot water using electric immersion heaters, the PANDORA Electric is as simple as it gets.  Options cover storage sizes, numbers of elements, fitted immersion heater controls, solar coils, and low load central heating circuits.

Electric HB2000

Providing mains pressure hot water and central heating, using electric immersion heaters, the PANDORA Electric HB2000 is driven by up to four 3kW elements. Connections from the store are used to drive central heating using either stored heat or directly off elements.

Indirect

Indirectly heated through a primary coil, for use with standard boilers.  The PANDORA Indirect options cover storage sizes, backup electric elements, fitted heating controls (pumps & valves), solar coils, and high duty input or output circuits using plate heat exchanges.

District Heating

Advanced domestic thermal storage, providing an easy install prefabricated system with twin plate heat exchanger assemblies. The PANDORA District provides very high hot water output, with electric backup for both hot water and central heating.
