The HiFlow Heat Exchanger Set is an extremely powerful Modular substation, designed to provide either heating or hot water for larger domestic or commercial properties. Its modular design, flanged manifolds and supporting frame enables it to be manoeuvred in to position and assembled in the plantroom, without the usual problems associated with access.
Each bank of modules can be fitted alongside various other banks of modules with the primary circuits connecting to a single or multiple primary heat sources. It is also possible to have dual high / low grade primary heat sources supplying each bank of modules.
The secondary circuit of the modules can be connected to systems running throughout the building such as communal hot water services, multi-zoned heating systems & underfloor heating systems.
Each Heat Exchanger Set is fitted with the latest digital electronic controls and data including the actuator/valve position, settings, temperatures, & alarms is sent to a central control panel which manages all sets to ensure rotation of lead pumps and modules.

The HiFlow Heat Exchanger Set comes with upper and lower steel casings to protect sensors and pumps, and the pipework is fully insulated against heat and / or condensation.
