The DIGI Compact HIU is perhaps the most compact HIU of its kind on the market, providing domestic hot water and direct central heating. It is fitted with the same electronic stepper motor controls as the DIGI HIU, however the plate heat exchanger has been upgraded to the latest and most efficient model.
As with the DIGI HIU, central heating is provided directly, with a Differential Pressure Control Valve fitted across the CH flow and return pipes.
The unit comes in an attractive EPP casing, with remarkably low heat losses less than 10W. All connections are bottom entry via a wall mounted pre-plumbing jig.
