Thermal Integration also has the infrastructure and support of Specflue’s Service and Maintenance Division a network of qualified heating and renewable engineers across the UK, 2 dedicated service and maintenance managers and 2 full time service engineers, ensures a quick professional aftersales service. This is also supported with a large knowledgebase and a field based service system that can allocate jobs in the field to ensure the quickest response times available.

Thermal stores are covered by a two year warranty on parts and a one year warranty on labour. We are able to send an engineer to site to resolve warranty issues within the first year. The warranty on the thermal store is subject to the unit being installed and commissioned correctly. The base cylinder is covered for up to 25 years against leakage.
